The Rocket
Card is your key to access around campus. Here is some of
the doors your Rocket Card will access. Individuals accounts
will vary depending on what other buildings you may need access
to. If your Rocket Card is not working at a location
you believe it should please contact the Campus Card Office.
For more information about the uses of the Rocket Card please
see our
FAQ section of our website.
If you need
your access changed and it is NOT an emergency please use the
form link immediately below. We should be able to correct
any problem, or modify your access list within 24 hours.
Residence Halls
A student has access only to the residence hall in which they
live in. To open a door when it is locked, a student must swipe
the card so that the large magnetic strip goes through the
reader. If a student's Rocket Card doesn't work in these doors,
please visit Residence Life (Dowd-White-Nash hall) or the Campus
Card Office. Students with Meal Plans will also receive access
to the dining halls.
McComas Village
A student who is a member of a Greek organization located in McComas Village will also use their Rocket Card to gain access
to their house. If your Rocket Card does not work to access your
house please contact either your house manager or the Greek Life
Office located in Unit G-2. They will then contact the Campus
Card Office to active your privilege.

the door will open. If a student's Rocket Card doesn't work in
these doors, please visit the Campus Card Office to have it
activated.
