Stolen Cards

Stolen cards should ALWAYS be reported to Campus Police (if stolen on Campus), open 24 hours 7 days a week (530-2600) and/or to the Campus Card Office (530-5842) during business hours.

If your card was stolen on campus you will need to file a report with campus police. If it was stolen off campus file a report with police department of the municipality it was stolen. Be sure that your card is listed on the report as one of the items stolen. The replacement fee will be waived with a copy of your police report. Cardholders must have the police report present at the time they receive their new Rocket Card to waive the fee. No refunds will be issued on cards that have been paid for and then a report was made.

Lost Cards

Lost cards should be reported online or to either the Campus Card Office (530-5842) during business hours or to the Campus Police (530-2600) anytime to avoid misuse. Lost cards are subject to a $10 replacement fee. Fees can be paid at the Cashier's Office or at the Campus Card Office. The Rocket Account is also accepted as a form of payment at the Campus Card Office, however fees can not be added to your tuition statement. Faculty and Staff may bring a letter from their department with their six digit account number as a form of payment. Lost cards that are turned in to the Campus Card Office are kept on file for as long as the person is still an active student or faculty/staff member. Please check with Campus Card Office to see if your card has been turned in.

Damaged Cards

Most damaged cards are subject to the $10 replacement fee. However in some cases the fee may be waived by bringing in the pieces of the card for inspection.
